Who is eligible to enter?

This Promotion is only open to UK residents, aged 18 years or over. Excludes employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion including employees and officers (and their immediate family) of Aimia Food Limited.

 

How long is the promotional period?

The main promotion opens 09:00 BST on 05.01.24 – 23.59 GMT 31.03.24. Purchases must be made and online entries completed within this period for a chance to win. Any entries received after the close of the Main Promotional Period will be allocated to the Wrap Up Draw.

There will be a Wrap Up Draw on 10.05.24 from all valid entries received between 00:00 on 01.04.24. and 23:59 on 28.04.24. Any entries received after the close of the Wrap Up Draw Promotional Period will be ineligible and will not be entered into the draw.

 

How do I enter?

To enter participants must purchase during the Main Promotional Period a participating promotional pack of Horlicks from all major retailers, subject to availability and whilst stocks last:

• Horlicks Original Malt 400g
• Horlicks Instant Malt 400g
• Horlicks Chocolate Malt 400g
• Horlicks Vegan Malt 400g

 

Entrants are then required to visit win.horlickshappy.co.uk, and enter the last 6 digits of the barcode found on pack, along with full name, mobile telephone number and valid email address (which is accessible throughout the promotion) during either the Main Promotional Period or Wrap Up Draw Period.

All entries will be eligible for the corresponding prize draw and to claim 3 months Happy Place App trial during the Main Promotional Period.

 

Where will I find my code?

The barcode can be found on the back of pack and it is the last 6 digits only that need to be entered.

 

How will I know if I've won?

Winners of the prize draws will be notified by text message to the mobile phone number they submitted on entry, within 7 days of each draw date.

How do I claim my prize?

You'll need to follow the instructions in the text message you receive. This will ask you to email us within 14 days to confirm your personal details, URN featured in your confirmation text message and attach a photograph of your receipt and promotional packaging. We'll then email or call you to arrange your prize. Please make sure you reply within 14 days, otherwise you may not be able to claim your prize.

 

How many times can I enter?

Only one email address and one mobile number may be used to enter per person. Maximum of 1 entry per week per person/email/number across both the main promotional period and wrap up draw period.

Each entry must have a qualifying purchase and receipt which predates the entry.

 

How many prizes could I win?

You could win a maximum of one prize per person.

 

Can I enter without purchasing Horlicks?

No sorry! Purchase is necessary and will need the relevant code from your pack to enter. Internet access is required to enter.

 

Why won't my code work?

Please double check the code you are entering matches the code on the promotional pack. In the unlikely event that your code still doesn't work, please contact contactus@aimiafoods.com

 

What constitutes as a receipt?

Because entry requires the purchase of Horlicks, you'll need the receipt you were given when you purchased your pack. This must pre-date your entry and you will be asked to send a photograph to claim your prize.

How will winners be selected?

During the Main Promotional Period, 1 x Wellness Break is to be won in 10 x prize draws. A winner will be chosen by a randomized computer process from all valid entries received in that prize draw period between 09:00 BST on 05.01.24 – 23.59 GMT 31.03.24.

 

If I win a Wellness Break how will I receive it?

Once holiday winners are validated, our team will be in touch to arrange booking of your holiday.

 

Can I exchange my prize for cash?

Unfortunately not, all prizes are as specified. Please see T&C's for full details of your prize and any restrictions.

 

I've submitted my receipt for validation, why haven't I heard anything?

Please allow 14 days for validation and confirmation, if you have not received a response in this period please email winner@horlickshappy.com stating your name, email and URN used to claim.

How do I claim my 3 month Happy Place App trial?

Following entry, all entrants will be shown a code on-screen and given the option to choose and claim their 3 month trial instantly by clicking the link provided and claiming immediately, or requesting the code be emailed to them to the address supplied at point of entry on win.horlickshappy.co.uk for them to use at a later date. With either option entrants will be able to click the link and enter the code “Horlicks” in the discount code box on the Happy Place App.
